Ingram Micro Holding (INGM) said Wednesday it has signed a multiyear deal with Amazon's (AMZN) Amazon Web Services unit to expand cloud service capabilities for channel partners and integrate AWS Marketplace into its Xvantage platform.
The deal will likely support Ingram Micro's ability to offer professional services, the company said, adding that software vendors and channel partners will be able to list customized products and services on AWS Marketplace through Ingram Micro's platform.
Ingram Micro's shares were up 2.8% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
