Amazon(AMZN) Web Services said Sunday it launched new generative AI features for Amazon Connect, its cloud contact center platform.
The company said the new tools are meant to offer more "personalized, efficient, and proactive customer service. "
Amazon said Connect is now offering automated segmentation, delivering interactions across different communication channels for a single person or groups with similar characteristics.
Frontdoor (FTDR), Booking's (BKNG) Priceline, Fujitsu, GoStudent, Pronetx, and the University of Auckland are among customers using Amazon Connect's new generative AI enhancements.
