Hevol Services Group (HKG:6093) subsidiary Guizhou Furuiying Information Consultancy agreed to acquire a further 30% equity interest in Sichuan Wansheng Property Service from Deng Lihua for 65.4 million yuan, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

After the completion, the target company will be owned 90% by Furuiying Information, with Deng Lihua retaining a 10% stake.

The group plans to fund the purchase through internal resources.

The property management and value-added services company's shares closed nearly 3% lower on Tuesday.
