MoneyMax Financial Services (SGX:5WJ) has launched its Series 010 Digital Security Tokens under its SG$100 million commercial paper program, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
Bearing a 4.8% annual interest rate, the tokens will mature in three months and are aimed at accredited and institutional investors. The company seeks to raise SG$25 million to SG$35 million, with the final amount at its discretion.
The tokens will be listed on the ADDX platform.
