V2Y's (SGX:V2Y) subsidiary, Evertrust Distribution, entered into a technology sharing agreement with Shouguang Leyi Vegetable Technology, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.

Under the agreement, Shouguang will provide consultancy and training services to potential clients on development, setup and operation of vegetable cultivation facilities.

For the services rendered, the company will pay Shouguang an annual fee for each financial year which would amount to 3% of the net profit before tax.
