Nufarm (ASX:NUF) named Brendan Ryan as chief financial officer, effective Jan. 13, 2025, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Ryan will succeed current CFO Paul Townsend, who will retire from the role, the filing said.

Townsend will continue as a strategic advisor to the company after stepping down in January, the filing said.

The agricultural chemical company's shares inched up 1% in recent trade.
