Infratil (NZE:IFT, ASX:IFT) closed its firm offer of six-year unsecured, unsubordinated, fixed-rate infrastructure bonds, with an allocation of NZ$75 million new bonds, according to a Tuesday filing with the New Zealand and Australian bourses.

This includes NZ$25 million of oversubscription, the filing said. The issue margin is at 2.25% per annum.

The interest rate will be announced at a later time on Tuesday.

The company's shares slipped almost 1% in recent Tuesday trade in New Zealand.
