Radiant Logistics (RLGT) said late Tuesday it acquired the assets and operations of TCB Transportation Associates, doing business as TCB Transportation, through its Radiant Road and Rail unit.

TCB is a privately held intermodal marketing company that specializes in the movement of 40- and 53-foot containers across North America.

Radiant Logistics said TCB is expected to operate under the Radiant brand next year.
