Oshkosh (OSK) appointed Matthew Field as chief financial officer, effective Dec. 16.
Field succeeds Michael Pack, who became president of the vocational segment, the company said Monday in a statement.
Field is currently serving as CFO of Joby Aviation (JOBY), Oshkosh said.
Joby Aviation said Monday in a regulatory filing that Chief Executive Officer JoeBen Bevirt will serve as acting principal financial officer, and Controller Sergei Novikov will serve as acting principal accounting officer and treasurer, effective Dec. 13.
