Linkers Industries Closes $7.6 Million IPO

Linkers Industries (LNKS) said Friday it closed the initial public offering of 1.9 million class A shares at $4 per share, for gross proceeds of $7.6 million.

Underwriters were given a 45-day option to buy up to 285,000 more shares, the company said.

The shares started trading on Nasdaq on Thursday, Linkers said.
