Central China Management (HKG:9982) recorded contracted sales of 1.02 billion yuan in November, with a contracted gross floor sales area of 171,463 square meters, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong exchange.
Average monthly selling price was 6,285 yuan per square meter, the filing said.
The company obtained five newly contracted projects in November with a GFA of 445,100 square meters.
