SRM Entertainment (SRM) said Thursday that it entered into a securities purchase agreement with an institutional investor to purchase about $1.7 million of its common shares in a registered direct offering at a purchase price of $0.7385 per share.
Shares slumped almost 30%, with intraday trading volume at over 5.7 million compared with a daily average of about 2.9 million.
Caleres (CAL) shares tumbled amid heavy trading after the company reported a drop Thursday in its fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings and net sales. The company also cut fiscal 2024 guidance for adjusted EPS and sales.
Shares fell nearly 20% as intraday trading volume jumped to over 1.5 million versus a daily average of about 686,000.
AudioEye (AEYE) said Thursday that it priced a secondary offering of up to 1.3 million shares at $24 apiece.
Shares dropped 22% as intraday trading volume soared to over 1.2 million from a daily average of about 159,000.
