Hengdeli Holdings (HKG:3389) said Zhang Yuping resigned as board chairman to devote more time to his other business commitments, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Zhang will be succeeded by Tony Cheung, the chief executive officer and president of the group's high-end consumer accessories business.
