Glorious Sun Enterprises (HKG:0393) and its subsidiaries disposed 34 million shares of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (HKG:1398, SHA:601398) on the open market for about HK$159.3 million at an average selling price of HK$4.6865 per share.
The group, on the same day, also disposed 33 million shares of China Construction Bank (HKG:0939, SHA:601939) on the open market for HK$200.3 million at an average selling price of HK$6.0697 per share, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
After the disposal of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China's shares, the group will still have around 136.5 million of its shares.
After the China Construction Bank share disposal, the group will have 110.1 million shares of the China Construction Bank.
The proceeds from the two disposals are planned to be used for the group's general working capital.
