Innovent Biologics (HKG:1801) granted 55,900 share options to five grantees and 488,200 restricted shares to 23 grantees under employees incentive scheme according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.

The exercise price of the options is HK$38.38 per share and the exercise period of the options will not be longer than 10 years from the date of the grant.
