China Galaxy Securities or CGS (HKG:6881) completed the issue of 4 billion yuan of short-term commercial paper on Thursday, a same-day bourse filing said.

The commercial paper carries a final coupon rate of 1.72% and will fall due in 90 days.

The brokerage and investment bank will use proceeds from the issue to supplement its working capital.
