Sunac China (HKG:1918) recorded contracted sales of around 1.61 billion yuan in November with a contracted sales area of 144,000 square meters, a Thursday bourse filing said.

The property company's average selling price for the month stood at about 11,220 yuan per square meter.

For the 11 months ended Nov. 30, contracted sales and sales area reached about 45.4 billion yuan and 2.1 million square meters, respectively.
