American Vanguard Names Douglas Kaye Chief Executive

American Vanguard appointed Douglas Kaye III as its new chief executive, effective Dec. 9.

The agriculture technology company said Kaye will be based at global headquarters in Newport Beach, Calif., beginning Jan. 6, 2025.

Kaye will succeed the office of CEO, which has been in place since July, when Eric Wintemute concluded his position as CEO .

Kaye most recently held the role of president, North America, at Albaugh.
