Altus Power (AMPS) said Thursday it acquired three operational community solar projects in Maine, expanding its capacity in the state by a total of 12.8 megawatts.
The projects were purchased from multiple developers, according to the company.
Financial terms of the purchase were not disclosed.
Shares of the company were down 1.9% in recent trading.
