A human resources business backed by Australia’s biggest venture capital firm Blackbird has been shut down less than two years after launching due to a lack of customer demand.
Chief executive and co-founder Lauren Humphrey launched employee-feedback business Tandem in 2023 after raising $9.2 million in capital across two raises in 2021 and 2022 led by Blackbird for her parent company, The Mintable.
