Greentown China Holdings (HKG:3900) recorded about 17.7 billion yuan in November sales, with average selling price standing at 34,298 yuan per square meter, a Thursday bourse filing said.

The company sold 3,366 units of self-investment projects with a sales area of approximately 520,000 square meters during the month.

From January to November, the Greentown Group logged total contracted sales and sales area of roughly 246.8 billion yuan and 12.6 million square meters, respectively.

Shares of the company were 2% up in recent trading.
