Greentown China Holdings' (HKG:3900) subsidiary Greentown Construction Management agreed to provide project management services to Shijiazhuang Xingshi Xietong Real Estate for a construction project in Shijiazhuang City, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The project is located in Qiaoxi District, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province and has a gross construction area of 131,426 square meters. It is planned to be developed into residential properties.
As per the project specifications, the consideration for the rendered services for the project is expected to be around 42.4 million yuan, while the company expects the consideration to not exceed 58.1 million yuan.
