HomeCo Daily Needs REIT (ASX:HDN) posted a 3% increase in its December valuation gain to AU$131 million, compared with its June portfolio value, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The valuation gain includes a net gain of AU$79 million from strong operating income growth and cap rate stabilization, as well as AU$53 million of capital expenditure during the period, the filing said.
The company declared a dividend of AU$0.021 per unit, payable on Feb. 26, 2025, to unitholders on record as of Dec. 31, according to the filing.
