Swire Properties (HKG:1972) sold 47 of its 50 units at the Lujiazui Taikoo Yuan Residences, its first residential project in mainland China, according to a Tuesday press release.

The site, located in Shanghai, has apartments ranging between 278 and 388 square meters across two towers facing the river, the property manager said.
