Shareholders of China Shuifa Singyes Energy (HKG:0750) will meet Dec. 30 to vote on the proposed plan to obtain EPC services from Shuifa Group, a Monday bourse filing said.

The parties had entered into an agreement regarding the EPC contract in November.
