CIFI Holdings (Group) (HKG:0884) recorded contracted sales attributable to the equity owners of 1.08 billion yuan and contracted sales of approximately 2.27 billion yuan in November, with a gross floor area of 204,300 square meters, a Tuesday bourse filing said.

The property firm's average monthly selling price was around 11,500 yuan per square meter.

From January to November, contracted sales and gross floor area reached 31.28 billion yuan and 2.6 million square meters, respectively. The contracted sales attributable to the equity owners for the 11 months came in at 15.18 billion yuan.
