SS&C Technologies Holdings (SSNC) said late Monday it has made an initial agreement with Australian wealth management firm Insignia Financial to provide superannuation member administration services.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Once a final and binding agreement is signed, more than 1,000 Insignia employees in seven Australian offices will transfer from Insignia to SS&C, with employees of the two companies working to automate and streamline administration of superannuation, which is an Australian pension program, the company said.
