The New York Stock Exchange suspended trading in Container Store Group shares and said it would commence delisting proceedings.
The exchange said the retailer didn't meet a requirement to maintain a $15 million average global market capitalization over a consecutive 30-trading-day period.
Container Store shares were halted due prior to the exchange's announcement.
