Matex International (SGX:M15) received a listing and quotation notice for 154,000,000 new shares in the company's capital, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
In an earlier filing, the dye manufacturing company had entered into an agreement with Nanyang Commercial Management for the subscription of 154 million shares at an issue price of SG$0.027 per share.
Pursuant to the receipt of the notice, the shares will be placed out within seven market days from the date of the shareholders meeting.
