Region Group (ASX:RGN) said the portfolio valuation of its investment properties grew to AU$4.32 billion in December from AU$4.28 billion in June, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The real estate investment trust declared a distribution of AU$0.067 per security with a record date of Dec. 31 and an intended payout date of Jan. 30, 2025, the filing said.
Company shares rose almost 2% in recent Wednesday trade.
