mm2 Asia (SGX:1B0) through its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, mm2view, incorporated a 50.6% owned subsidiary, mShort Network, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.

Mm2view holds 4,064 shares in the stepdown subsidiary's capital. The principal activity of mShort Network is distribution of content for movies, videos and television.

The remaining stake in mShort Network is held by third parties.

The incorporation will allow the company to develop and operate a short-form video streaming application that is focused on serialized dramas, the filing said.
