Pharmaron Beijing (HKG:3759, SHE:300759) plans to buy back up to 50 million yuan of H shares, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
The Chinese drug developer is set to repurchase up to 15,076,856 shares, or 5% of its total H-share count, the filing said.
Shares jumped 1% during Monday's afternoon trading.
