Infratil (NZE:IFT, ASX:IFT) allocated roughly NZ$46.7 million of new bonds following the completion of its exchange offer for its six-year unsecured, unsubordinated, fixed-rate infrastructure bonds, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
Combined with the firm offer issuance of NZ$75 million, Infratil's total issue amount is now at NZ$121.7 million, per the filing.
Infratil's Kiwi shares were up nearly 1% in recent Wednesday trade.
