Longfor Group (HKG:0960) recorded contracted sales of 8.5 billion yuan in November, with a gross floor area of (GFA) of 552,000 square meters, a Monday bourse filing said.

Attributable contracted sales for the month were 5.71 billion yuan, while GFA stood at 398,000 square meters.

From January to November, contracted sales and GFA reached 93 billion yuan and a little over 6.5 million square meters, respectively.
