HealthCo Healthcare and Wellness REIT (ASX:HCW) reported a preliminary portfolio valuation of AU$1.59 billion for December, down from AU$1.61 billion in June due to the easing of the capitalization rate, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The real estate investment trust declared a distribution of AU$0.021 with a record date of Dec. 31 and payable on Feb. 26, 2025, the filing said.
HealthCo maintained its funds from operations per unit and distribution per unit guidance of AU$0.084 for fiscal 2025, a 5% rise from the previous fiscal year, as per the filing.
