CapitaLand China to Appoint New CEO in January

Chan King Leong Gerry will become the new Chief Executive Officer of CapitaLand China Trust (SGX:AU8U), effective Jan. 1, 2025, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

Gerry will assume the position once Tan Tze Wooi relinquishes the role on the same date as part of the group's succession and leadership renewal process.
