HSS Engineers (KLSE:HSSEB) said its private placement was deemed completed with the listing of 12.5 million placement shares on Feb. 8 on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.

The company noted that the extension of time granted for the private placement lapsed on Dec. 11, and it did not seek further extension, according to a Wednesday Malaysian bourse filing.
