Sino-Ocean Group (HKG:3377) recorded contracted sales of around 3.73 billion yuan in November, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 346,300 square meters, a Wednesday bourse filing said.

The property company's average selling price for the month stood at approximately 10,800 yuan per square meter.

From January to November, contracted sales and GFA reached roughly 30.6 billion yuan and 2.5 million square meters, respectively.
