Mercury Industries (KLSE:MERCURY) received an offer from Bright Meadow (KLSE:YTLPOWR) to sell its remaining stake not already owned by the latter at 0.90 ringgit per share, according to a Monday Malaysian bourse filing.

The unconditional mandatory takeover offer was triggered after Bright Meadow's shareholding in Mercury Industries rose to about 59.88%.

The offer period is valid from Nov. 18, the power firm noted.
