Thai Beverage (SGX:Y92) subsidiary Thai Beverage Recycle renewed its glass bottle purchase agreement with Thai Malaya Glass, a subsidiary of Berli Jucker, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
The agreement, which was due to expire on Dec. 31, 2024, has now been extended for a tenure of 3 consecutive one-year terms from Jan. 1, 2025 till Dec. 31, 2027.
