Rev Group expects to report lower earnings and sales in fiscal 2025.
The maker of specialty vehicles and related aftermarket parts expects to log a profit of $98 million to $125 million on $2.3 billion to $2.4 billion in sales for the fiscal year ahead. That compares with $257.6 million on $2.38 billion in sales for fiscal 2024.
For the quarter ended Oct. 31, Rev posted a profit of $41.7 million, or 80 cents a share, compared with $29.7 million, or 50 cents a share, in the same period a year ago.
Stripping out one-time items, adjusted earnings were 51 cents a share. Analysts polled by FactSet had been expecting 49 cents a share.
Sales fell 14% to $597.9 million, below analyst forecasts for $603 million, according to FactSet.
