Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure (HKG:1052) issued 600 million yuan worth of 1.93% bonds falling due in two years, a Wednesday bourse filing said.
The toll road developer and operator will use proceeds from the issue to repay existing bonds and an existing loan of a unit, as well as replenish working capital.
