China Jinmao Holdings Group (HKG:0817) reported contracted sales of 8.0 billion yuan in November, while its contracted gross floor sales area for the month was 501,747.38 square meters, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Cumulative sales for the 11 months to November reached 83 billion yuan, corresponding to GFA of 4.6 million square meters, the filing said.

The property business subscribed but did not record sales as of Nov. 30, which amounted to 1.81 billion yuan.
