OSK (KLSE:OSK) unit OSK Amanjaya agreed to buy five land parcels in Kedah, Malaysia, for 72 million ringgit.

The lands will be acquired from Central Kedah Properties, according to a Friday Malaysian bourse filing.

The acquisition of lands is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2025, it noted.
