China Resources Land (HKG:1109) completed the redemption of $1.05 billion worth of subordinated perpetual capital securities, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong Bourse.
The bonds were issued under the $3.90 billion medium term bond program, the filing said.
After the redemption, the securities will be withdrawn from the Stock Exchange on Dec. 17.
The company´s shares were down over 2% at the close of trade.
