Ronshine China (HKG:3301) recorded contracted sales of around 788.7 million yuan in November, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 55,769 square meters, a Monday bourse filing said.

The property company's average selling price for the month was 14,142 yuan per square meter.

From January to November, contracted sales and GFA reached roughly 6.93 billion yuan and 557,642 square meters, respectively.
