LTC Properties Names Executive Chairman, Issues C-Suite Appointments

LTC Properties disclosed a number of executive changes set to go into effect at the end of the year.

The real estate investment trust appointed Wendy Simpson as executive chairman of the board. Simpson has been LTC's chief executive officer since 2007.

LTC tapped Pam Kessler and Clint Malin as co-chief executive officers. Malin will retain the function of chief investment officer until a successor is named.

Cece Chikhale was promoted to chief financial officer. She has been LTC's chief accounting officer since 2020.
