Bloom Energy (BE) said Wednesday that it has formed a $125 million project financing partnership with funds managed by HPS Investment Partners and Industrial Development Funding.
The company said that under the terms of the deal, the funds will acquire 19 megawatts of Bloom's energy servers. It also said the funding will support Bloom equipment installation contracted under power purchase agreements.
Shares of Bloom Energy were up 3% in recent trading.
