ProsperCap's (SGX:PPC) chief financial officer, Surawat Suwanyangyuen, resigned, effective Friday, according to a same-day filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Suwanyangyuen stepped down to return and focus on his financial advisory business, the filing said.

The CFO duties will be shared between the chief executive officer and the group financial controller in the interim.
