Transurban Group (ASX:TCL) will pay a dividend of AU$0.32 per stapled security for the six months ending Dec. 31 from Transurban Holding Trust and controlled entities, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The dividend will be paid on Feb. 25, 2025, to security holders on record as of Dec. 31.

The toll-road operator reaffirmed its fiscal 2025 distribution guidance of AU$0.65 per stapled security, according to the filing.
